Sessions

Corporate yoga sessions can be 45 minutes or 1 hour long, and take place during your lunch hour. As long as you have the space, a meeting room that can be cleared perhaps).

Boardroom Yoga

Boardroom Yoga is perfect for companies who want to participate in a yoga program but don’t have the appropriate space. Classes can be done in chairs, around a table or standing without mats. All poses will be modified to suit the space you have.

This is a more gentle style class and will not be intense. Participants are encouraged to wear yoga clothing, but are also welcome to wear their regular workplace clothing. Yoga mats are not necessary.

What You Will Need

  • A boardroom or other room, with chairs for everyone. (A boardroom table may be used if you have one, but is not necessary.)

  • Each person will need to wear comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Regular work attire is fine, but it is best to remove blazer jackets, loosen ties, etc.

Desk Yoga

 

Centered around the workstation, the session includes seated and standing stretches to improve posture and alleviate aches and pain associated with the office environment as well as relaxation techniques.
